Shipping within Germany
Within Germany we deliver free of charge for orders over €150.00, provided the maximum weight is under 40 kg and the goods are not bulky.
If the order value is below €150.00, shipping costs €5.90.
The first exchange is free of charge. Returns without an exchange cost €5.90.
Shipping to other countries
Shipping costs within the EU and to other countries are displayed during the ordering process and before you finalise your order. They are calculated by weight and size. For orders within the EU with a merchandise value above €150.00 we charge reduced shipping costs (for example €5.90 for shipments up to 5 kg). Bulky goods are excluded from this offer.

Fees in other countries
If delivery is to a non-EU country, you as the customer may have to pay additional customs duties, taxes and fees. These charges are not paid to the seller but to the relevant customs or tax authority in the destination country. We recommend checking the details with those authorities before placing your order.
Shipping after payment is received
We only ship once payment has been received. The decisive factor is the time at which the payment reached us.
Please note: Sofort (bank transfer) is a single-use payment method with delayed notification, in which customers have to authenticate their payment. Customers are redirected to their bank's portal to authorise it. Notification of success or failure usually arrives within 2 to 14 days. Your parcel will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed.

Our logistics partner GLS
We ship goods exclusively in insured parcels. We cover the insurance in full, which means you carry no risk if a parcel is lost. GLS offers a shipment tracking system, which you can find on the GLS website. As soon as we hand the goods over, you will receive your tracking number from us by email. With that number you can check the current delivery status at any time.
Delivery time within Germany
Orders are usually processed the same day and prepared for shipment once payment has been received. If the goods are in stock, they are normally shipped within 24 hours. For items not in stock, shipping usually takes place within 3 working days. Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days, provided the delivery address is in Germany. In exceptional cases these times may vary.
Shipment tracking
You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse. It contains the tracking number you can use to follow your shipment online. If you have not received your order one week after the confirmation email, please contact us immediately at mail@iq-dogsport.de or use our contact form, so that we can trace the parcel for you and, if necessary, start an enquiry with the carrier.
