Product Advice & Sizing

Which size is right for me?

Our size charts show the measurements of the garments, not your body measurements. We recommend comparing them with a jacket, vest, or trousers that fit you well.

If you plan to wear additional clothing underneath a jacket or vest, make sure to allow enough room for movement. If you are between two sizes, the larger size is often the better choice.

What is the difference between women's and unisex models?

Women's models have a more fitted cut. Unisex models have a straighter cut.

Men usually choose their regular size in unisex models. Women often go one size down. However, always refer to the size chart for the specific product.

Can I try on products in person?

No, we do not have a physical store where you can try things on. For guidance, you will find size charts, product photos, and descriptions on the product pages.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us or order two sizes and return the one that does not fit.

Are there care instructions for the products?

Yes. Care instructions can be found in the product description and on the label of the respective item.

Please follow the care instructions to preserve the material, function, and fit for as long as possible.

Are there instructions for your products?

Yes, for selected products there are guides or videos, for example for the Dog Sport Vest 3.0, the IQ Performance Pro Cobra Harness, or the IQ Throw Dummy with Magnetic Bag.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods are available?

At IQ Dogsport you can pay, among other options, by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

All available payment methods will be displayed to you at checkout.

Can I order without a customer account?

Yes, you can also order without a customer account.

However, a customer account offers benefits such as an order overview and a faster checkout for future orders.

Where can I find the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order in your customer account. You will also receive emails about important updates to your order.

If you have not received an email, please also check your spam folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Please get in touch with us as quickly as possible by email or via the contact form.

How do I receive my invoice?

The invoice is included with your order. If you have a customer account, you can also download it there.

Can authorities order on invoice?

Yes, payment by invoice is available for authorities and public institutions, for example police or customs.

When making your enquiry, please let us know which products are needed and which billing details should be used.

Are there gift cards?

Yes, you can find IQ Dogsport gift cards in the shop. The gift card is sent by email and can be redeemed for products in the IQ Dogsport range.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

You can enter your voucher code at checkout. The discount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. During the ordering process you can enter a different delivery address and have the order sent directly to the recipient.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs within Germany?

Within Germany, shipping is free of charge for orders from €130, provided the package weighs less than 40 kg and is not classified as bulky goods.

Below €130, we charge €5.90 for shipping.

What are the shipping costs for international orders?

Shipping costs for deliveries within the EU and to other countries will be shown to you at checkout before completing your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment and dispatched as a rule by the next business day at the latest.

Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take a few business days for the payment to be confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment.

During peak periods or for international shipping, delays may occur.

How can I track my delivery?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Within Germany we ship with GLS. For international shipments we use GLS or DHL.

All packages are shipped with insurance.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to many countries worldwide. Whether delivery to your country is possible and what the shipping costs are can be seen at checkout.

If your country cannot be selected during the ordering process, please contact your local distributor or get in touch with us.

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

The period for returns and exchanges is 14 days. The period begins on the day after full delivery.

How does an exchange work?

Please register your exchange via the Returns & Exchanges page. Within Germany, the first exchange is free of charge. Further exchanges are subject to a fee.

The item must show no signs of use or soiling and the label must still be attached.

What does a return cost?

There is no charge for returns within Germany.

For returns or exchanges from abroad, we do not cover the shipping costs.

Can I return individual items from an order?

Yes, individual items from an order can be returned.

What is excluded from returns?

Sealed food items such as training treats or feed are excluded from returns if the seal has been removed after delivery.

For books, returns are only possible by prior arrangement and as a gesture of goodwill.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will look into the case and get back to you with next steps.

My product is defective. What should I do?

Please use our complaints form. Describe the defect as precisely as possible and attach meaningful photos if possible.

After submitting, you will receive a response within 48 hours with further information on how to proceed.

Will I receive a replacement, repair, or refund for a complaint?

We assess each complaint individually. Depending on the case, repair, replacement, rectification, or refund may be considered.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or heavy soiling cannot always be recognised as a valid complaint.

Clubs, Authorities, Retailers & Cooperations

Are there discounts for clubs or group orders?

Yes, we support clubs and groups with larger orders or club clothing.

Please contact us before placing your order and let us know which club or group you are ordering for and which products are needed.

Can I become an IQ Dogsport retailer?

If you would like to become a retailer for IQ Dogsport products, you can submit a wholesale enquiry.

Within Germany, we generally serve customers through our own online shop. However, if you run a dog school or veterinary practice and would like to work with us, we welcome your enquiry.

Internationally, we assess wholesale enquiries on an individual basis. In some countries, exclusive partnerships already exist.

Can I collaborate with IQ Dogsport on social media?

You are welcome to send us a detailed enquiry. It is important that you are already convinced of IQ Dogsport and our products and that your content fits our brand.

Our social media team will review your enquiry and get back to you if a collaboration is of interest and a spot in the team is currently available.
