You have 14 days to return or exchange unused items. The product tag must still be attached and pockets must be empty and clean.

First exchange within Germany: Free.
Returns within Germany (no exchange): €5.90.
International returns: Shipping costs are not covered.

Training treats and sealed food products cannot be returned once opened.
