Is the print harmful to my dog?

No. The print is applied using a color that is safe for dogs and intentionally contains no aggressive, long-lasting chemicals. This is precisely why the color is not permanent and will gradually wear off over time. This does not affect the ball's function in any way.

Is the UnbreakaBall really indestructible?

No dog toy is completely indestructible. However, the UnbreakaBall can withstand an exceptional amount of force — considerably more than you might expect. It is made from ETPU, an extremely durable expanded TPU also used in cushioned running-shoe soles. The result is a ball that feels soft in the dog's mouth while remaining extremely strong. It does not crumble or collapse under pressure. That is exactly what it was made for: dogs that destroy ordinary balls within minutes.

Can I leave my dog unattended with the ball?

No. Never leave your dog unattended with the ball or any other toy. Some dogs may swallow toys or parts of them. The UnbreakaBall is a training and play tool intended for interactive use with the handler. It is not an unsupervised enrichment toy.

Why does the ball move along the cord?

This is intentional and provides better handling during play. Slide the ball into the center of the cord and hold one side of the cord in each hand for controlled tugging and play. The moving ball makes the game more dynamic and helps protect your hands.

Does the UnbreakaBall float?

Yes. The UnbreakaBall floats, making it suitable for water retrieves and play at lakes or rivers.

How large is the UnbreakaBall?

The ball has a diameter of 7.5 cm. It is large enough for secure gripping and tugging, while remaining small enough to fit inside the Ball Pouch. The cord is approximately 70 cm long and 1 cm thick. After tying the double knot, the total length is approximately 35 cm.

Does the UnbreakaBall fit inside the IQ Ball Pouch?

Yes. The 7.5 cm diameter was deliberately chosen so that the ball fits inside the IQ Ball Pouch. Combined with its discreet black design, this makes it ideal for concealed reward delivery during training, for example when developing clean, focused heeling.

Why is the UnbreakaBall black?

To keep it discreet. A black ball is barely visible against the handler's body, inside a treat pouch or inside the Ball Pouch. The reward remains invisible to the dog until you release it, providing the foundation for training without bribery and for developing a clean expectation of reinforcement. For anyone who prefers a highly visible toy, the UnbreakaBall is also available in a white version.
