Shipping within Germany

We deliver within Germany for orders over €130.00. Free shipping , provided the maximum weight is under 40 kg and the goods are not bulky.
If the value is less than €130.00, the shipping costs are €5.90.
The first exchange is free of charge. Returns without an exchange cost €5.90.

Shipping to other countries

Shipping costs within the EU and to other countries will be displayed during the ordering process and before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size. For orders within the EU with a merchandise value exceeding €130.00, we charge reduced shipping costs (e.g., €5.90 for shipments weighing up to 5 kg). Bulky goods are excluded from this offer.

Fees in other countries

If the delivery is to a non-EU country, you as the customer may be required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are not paid to the seller but to the relevant customs or tax authority in the destination country. We recommend that you check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing your order.

Shipping after payment is received

We only ship after payment has been received. The decisive factor is the time at which the payment was received by us.

Please note: When Immediately (Bank transfer) is a one-time payment method with delayed notification, where customers must authenticate their payments. Customers are redirected to their bank's portal to authorize the payment. Notification of the payment's success or failure typically arrives within 2 to 14 days. Your package will only be shipped after payment confirmation.

Our logistics partner GLS

We ship goods exclusively in insured packages. We cover the full insurance cost, meaning you bear no risk in the event of a lost package. GLS offers a shipment tracking system, which can be found on the GLS website. As soon as we hand over the goods, you will receive your tracking number from us via email. You can use this tracking number to check the current delivery status at any time.

Delivery time within Germany

Orders are usually processed the same day and prepared for shipment after payment is received. If the goods are in stock, they are typically shipped within 24 hours. For items not in stock, shipping usually takes place within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, provided the delivery address is in Germany. In exceptional cases, these delivery times may vary.

Shipment tracking

You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email contains the tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment online.
