Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs within Germany
We deliver free of charge within Germany when the final purchase amount exceeds €130,00, provided that the maximum weight is below 40 kg and the goods are not bulky.
If the value is less than €130.00, shipping cost is €5.90.
The first exchange of goods is free of charge for you. Returns of goods without exchange are €5.90.
Shipping costs within EU
The shipping costs within the EU and in other countries will be shown during the ordering process and before the order is completed. The shipping costs are calculated according to weight and size. In case of an exchange, the customer has to bear the shipping costs. If the order value is over €130,00, we charge discounted shipping €5,90.
Fees/Charges outside the EU
If the delivery takes place in non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees may have to be paid for you as a customer. These fees do not go to the seller but to the responsible customs or tax authorities. We recommend that you ask the customs or tax authorities for the details before placing an order.

Our logistics partner GLS
We only send goods in insured packages. We take over the insurance completely, i.e. if a package is lost there is no risk for you. GLS offers a system for shipment tracking. This can be found on the GLS homepage. As soon as we have handed over the goods, you will receive your tracking number from us by email. You can use this tracking number to check the current status of the delivery at any time.
Delivery time within Germany
Orders are usually processed on the same day and made ready for dispatch after receipt of payment. If the goods are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Goods that are not in stock are usually dispatched within 3 working days. The shipping route usually takes 1-2 working days, provided the delivery address is in Germany. In exceptional cases, however, these terms may differ
Shipment tracking
When your goods leave our company, you will receive an email. This email contains the tracking number with which you can track the shipment online. If you have not received the goods a week after the confirmation email, please contact us immediately at mail@iq-dogsport.de or use the contact form so that we can check the whereabouts of the package for you and, if necessary, place an inquiry .
