WATERPROOFER FOR FUNCTIONAL APPAREL.

Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In is a waterproofer for functional apparel. It is used to revive the water-repellent effect of the outer fabric and restore durable water repellency.

When the outer fabric absorbs water, breathability can be significantly reduced. Regular re-proofing helps maintain breathability and weather protection.

Before re-proofing, apparel should be cleaned — Nikwax Tech Wash is ideal for this.

APPLICATION.

• Clean apparel first
• Then apply Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In at 30°C / 86°F
• Hang to dry · always follow the apparel care label

WATER-BEADING TEST.

To check if the waterproofing is still active: hold the apparel briefly under water. If water beads off, the waterproofing is intact. If the fabric absorbs water, it should be washed and re-proofed.
