Here you can submit your request for an exchange or return.

Reference to our return policy
- The legal deadline of 14 days applies to returns and exchanges. This period starts the day after the complete delivery.
- In the case of a pure return shipment (within Germany), if no purchase contract is concluded, we charge 5.90 EUR for shipping.
- We do not assume any shipping costs for returns/exchanges abroad.
- The first return shipment within Germany when exchanging a product is free of charge for you. For each subsequent exchange, return costs will be charged.
- Return label can only be issued for Germany
- The returned goods must not show any signs of use. Stained goods, especially food remnants in the pockets are not accepted. The product label must be intact.

Return of training treats or Kynovital food
According to §312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the return of sealed food items is excluded, when the seal is removed after delivery. If you have received damaged goods, please contact us. We will try to find the best solution to resolve.

Return of books:
There is no statutory right of return for books. The possibility of return is permitted by agreement and purely out of goodwill. The subject of the purchase is the concent, not the data carrier.

We will get back to you within the next 24 hours. Our regular process time is up to 7 days after receiving the return shippment. In some cases (e.g. seasonal high peak, customs clearance), the process time may be extended to 14 days.
