Reference to our return policy
- In the case of a pure return shipment (within Germany), if no purchase contract is concluded, we charge 5.90 euros for shipping.
- We do not assume any shipping costs for returns/exchanges abroad.
- The first return shipment within Germany when exchanging a product is free of charge for you. For each additional exchange, return costs will be charged.
- Return label can only be issued for Germany
