Return Policy

(1) Right of return:

You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing (by letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receiving the goods to the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery), and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only if not shipped by parcel (eg bulky goods) you can declare the return by a revocation request in text form. To keeping the time limit it is sufficient to send the goods or the revocation request. In any case, the return will be at your expense and risk. The return or the return request must be sent to:

(2) Consequences of return:

In the event of a valid return, both counterparties must return the goods or payment and the potentially received benefits (e.g. usage benefits) to their original holder. If the goods are impaired, compensation may be claimed. This does not apply if the impairment was due solely to the inspection of the goods – as could have also taken place in a shop. Moreover, you can avoid the requirement for compensation from impairment if you do not use the goods as if you owned them or avoid everything which would reduce the value of the goods. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the request for return, and for us upon receipt.

(3) A right of return is eliminated in the supply of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not due to their condition suitable for return.
